Herewith a link to a 2014 entry of mine featuring the late, great William Pfaff of International Herald Tribune fame. This was during a previous iteration of Tel Aviv “cutting the grass” in Gaza. In ten years, not much has changed. Except that Tel Aviv has become more irrational and depraved.

Bibi Netanyahu, the consummate con-man, is back in office and the United States, the erstwhile lone surviving superpower, has been reduced to a toy poodle when it comes to its relationship with Israel. It has always been than way since the days of Lyndon Johnson, but now it is out in the open for all to see. It is impossible to ignore.
