Caitlin Johnstone hits it out of the ball park yet again. Clarity. Context. Ridicule.

She refers to “the empire” as American-led in the Middle East. I suggest that “the empire” more accurately refers to Greater Israel which, starting in 1917, England and America created for the Zionists. It now encompasses all of historical Palestine plus parts of southern Syria and Lebanon. 

The Palestinians are a conquered people. The Zionists are in the driver’s seat. Again, thanks to England and America. Or more precisely, thanks to Zionist influence among the corrupt, befuddled English and American leaders who have been suborned and duped. This horror show did not start with Donald Trump, but it may well end with him.
