The problem is, Caitlin and other honest humanitarians as well as noted foreign policy experts can chronicle and comment upon these Gaza atrocities—and the hypocrisy of American and European leaders—forever. It does not matter. In point of fact, what is happening now is really nothing new except in the scope of carnage and brazenness of execution. It is the apotheosis of a pattern.

This doesn’t explain why it continues unabated, why it is allowed to continue, with America and Europe sitting on the sidelines and the mainstream media paying scant attention. It is allowed to continue when it could be stopped. Isn’t that clear? 

It could be stopped, but something is stopping that from happening. For background, I submit an entry of mine in 2010, The Edge of Treason. Then there is Papa Netanyahu and the Fate of Palestinians in 2012.

As I say, this is nothing new. It has been going on for decades upon decades. Now we seem to have reached the Endstation, thanks to the endless pandering to the Israel Lobby and all-out support for Israel from Washington. There is nothing left of Palestine to return to the Palestinians whence it was taken. Gaza is being expunged and the West Bank subsumed. 

President Macron of France has had a brainstorm. He is running around lately talking about the 2-state solution and “threatening to recognize a Palestinian state”. Macron Says Israel Can’t Have ‘Free Pass’ in Gaza. (May 30th) 

It is a bit late in the day to think about resurrecting the 2-state solution, which “peace process” charade constituted a time-waster for twenty years. The sole result was that more land was digested by fanatic Jewish settlers on the West Bank.

From the New York Times article: “During a visit to the West Bank on Friday, Israel Katz, the Israeli defense minister, dismissed Mr. Macron’s ideas. ‘They’ll recognize a Palestinian state on paper, and we will build here on the ground the Jewish state of Israel,’ he said. ‘The paper will be tossed in the garbage, and the state of Israel will prosper and flower.’” 

His arrogance and frankness are justified because Katz (a Semite?) and his fellow likud Zionists are confident they can get away with anything for the simple reason that they have gotten away with everything so far, including mass murder and endless lies.

It may be helpful to explore the Zionist and Israeli/Jewish mindset. You see, it is not the Jews, but the Arabs who are the occupiers. Palestine has been gifted to the Jews by God almighty. Everything is therefore justified to complete the transfer. 

By living in Palestine, the Palestinians are in the way. Any resistance to a Jewish takeover is terrorism. This is what the American Christian Zionists in America purport to believe as well. Like Trump’s goofy U.S. ambassador to Israel, Mike Huckabee. Here is the gist of of the lunacy explained by an Israeli Rabbi:

Of course, this does not explain why the West has chosen to become fully complicit in the execution of this alien, egocentric mindset, and to make Zionism in essence the centerpiece of its foreign policy. Does the West actually believe in it? If so, the West has come a long way since the Crusades of the Middle Ages.

Have members of the U.S. Congress and occupants of the White House been duped, bribed or intimidated? That is the question. No doubt it is a combination of all three. In addition to cravenness and stupidity.
