This is time-sensitive...

The interview with John Mearsheimer is from early this morning. (Ignore the commercial for gold.) It focuses on Donald Trump’s unhinged pronouncements on Easter Sunday and those of this morning, in which he threatens to destroy Iran in toto. There is the implication that nuclear weapons may be employed. This would be the logical next step.

Somewhere along the line, I mean years ago, Trump drank the Israeli propaganda Kool-Aid and overdosed on it. In the meantime, he was showered with hundred of millions in campaign cash from Sheldon Adelson and from his widow, Miriam Adelson, the richest person in Israel, and from America’s home-grown, Israel-first Zionist billionaires.

Of course, official Washington has also drunk from the same punch bowl, but has not so obviously overdosed. And other Washington politicians have been showered with lesser but still substantial amounts of Israel Lobby cash. Call it bipartisan bribery.

This is one explanation why no one of consequence in Washington is standing up to denounce the murderous rampage which Trump and Netanyahu are now on.  

To make a meaningful move to stop the rampage would run counter to the Israel Lobby and indeed would be regarded as an anti-semitic act. All funds from AIPAC would be cut off from the office-holder. Another flunkey would be funded to the max to run against the reprobate who dared oppose Trump’s unjustifiable, Israeli-inspired war on Iran.

Moreover, I have suggested that the establishment Democrats, such as Senator Chuck Schumer and Congresswoman Nancy Pelosi, who are both in the bag for Israel, are deliberately staying mum and letting Trump go over the cliff.

Why? So they can use the implosion of Trump's Presidency to pick up the pieces in subsequent elections. It’s two birds with one stone: first, Israel comes out ahead when Iran is wrecked and second, the Dems return to power when Trump reveals himself to be a madman.

The charade continues. It was your country.
