There was supposed to be a ceasefire when this happened, but it all depends how you look at it. Please note Israel’s justification:
On Wednesday, Hamas confirmed that Odeh had been killed, along with his wife and two of his children….The Palestinian territory's Hamas-run health ministry has reported the killing of more than 900 people in Israeli strikes during the ceasefire….Israel's government maintains it has the licence to target Hamas members and has in turn accused Hamas of breaching the ceasefire agreement by failing to disarm.
You read that right. I have been making the point for the past several years that Israel is not just a foreign policy issue but clearly a mental health issue as well. Regrettably, officials in Washington have become infected. They are mimicking their Zionist mentors.
